FAQs about Fuel Cards

1. How do we know you are real when we get so many calls?

We’re physically located in Phoenix, and you’re welcome to pick up the cards in person.

2. How do we get set up?

It’s super simple. We send you an Adobe file that can be filled out online, no need to print. Takes about 5 minutes or less.

3. Is it a physical card or an app?

It’s a physical card from EFS that works at the pump or inside.

4. How do we pay?

We offer three options:
– Set up your debit card; money gets taken out the 2nd business day.
– Set up your credit card; charged the 2nd business day with a 3% transaction fee.
– Escrow account. Deposit $1000 per card, use it for a week, and the total balance is withdrawn the following Tuesday.

5. Can we get extra cards?

No. If a card is lost or stolen, we provide a code for temporary use until the new card arrives to avoid downtime.

6. Can the card be used at other smaller locations?

No, it can only be used at Loves/Pilot or Loves/TA.

7. Can we use the card for cash advances and tires/repairs?

No, it’s for diesel purchases only.
