No. There are no long-term commitments or monthly minimums. You choose which invoices to factor. You can keep working with your brokers we just file the standard Notice of Assignment so they pay us directly.
Yes—owner-operators and new MCs are welcome. You’ll typically provide a W-9, COI, MC/DOT details, a voided check, and basic business info. For each load, upload the rate confirmation, BOL/POD, and any lumper or detention receipts via our online portal.
With recourse, if your customer doesn’t pay after a set period, you agree to buy back or replace the invoice. Non-recourse protects you if a vetted customer can’t pay due to credit insolvency; it doesn’t cover disputes, shortages, late paperwork, or bad freight.
